The Senior Graphic Designer is a leadership role for an experienced designer and creative thinker ready to own projects, mentor emerging talent, and shape the visual identity of iconic brands. You will partner closely with Creative Directors and Project Managers to drive creative excellence across a wide range of deliverables, from brand development and rollout to high-profile marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for a confident, collaborative designer with 5-7 years of agency or in-house experience who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and is ready to step into more strategic, leadership-focused responsibility. You will be given the autonomy, mentorship, and creative latitude to grow into a leadership role as the agency scales. Responsibilities Lead brand identity projects from concept to execution, including naming, logo development, brand guidelines, and rollout campaigns. Serve as art director on major projects: develop concepts, set visual direction, and oversee execution across all deliverables. Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, account leads, and clients to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions. Design a wide range of print and digital assets: brochures, pitch decks, signage, websites, and social media campaigns. Present work directly to clients with clarity, confidence, and a strategic point of view. Mentor junior designers with thoughtful, constructive feedback that supports their craft and creative development. Maintain high design standards and uphold brand consistency across all deliverables. Stay ahead of industry trends to inspire fresh thinking and push the creative work forward. Required Skills 5-7 years of experience in branding, graphic design, and art direction. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. A portfolio that demonstrates strong branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling across multiple mediums. Proven ability to lead client presentations and articulate design rationale with clarity. Experience mentoring junior talent and collaborating across disciplines.
