Client Associate

Responsibilities Coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities Handle client facing tasks, greet clients at front‑desk and assist in a variety of office operations Assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities Job Type Full Time Location Everett Qualifications Ideally 1-5 years relevant branch operations experience High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus) Proven written and verbal communication skill Independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action Passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills Self‑starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations About the Team You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas.
