This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process and is responsible for building trust, presenting recommendations, coordinating workflow, and ensuring a professional experience from intake through delivery. The Service Advisor plays a critical role in customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and revenue growth. Requirements and Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and guide them through the intake and inspection process
• Build and present estimates using digital inspections and approved pricing guidelines
• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and parts staff to manage timelines and expectations
• Follow all intake, documentation, follow up, and delivery procedures
• Ensure a positive final experience through quality control, delivery review, and post service follow up
