Regency Staffing is seeking a Bilingual motivated, people driven On-Site manager to support one of our client locations in Waxahachie & Midlothian. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys connecting with candidates, and can manage on‐site workforce needs with professionalism and urgency.

Position Overview :

The On‐Site Recruiter will oversee daily staffing operations at the client facility, including interviewing, onboarding, employee relations, attendance tracking, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure labor needs are met. This role requires strong communication skills in Spanish & English, reliability, and the ability to build positive relationships with both associates and client leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing — Screen, interview, and onboard candidates for various warehouse and production roles
• On‐Site Support — Serve as the primary point of contact for associates and client supervisors
• Attendance & Performance Tracking — Monitor daily attendance, coach associates, and escalate issues as needed
• Orientation & Onboarding — Conduct orientations, complete paperwork, and ensure compliance
• Workforce Coordination — Communicate staffing levels, shift needs, and scheduling updates
• Employee Relations — Support associates with questions, concerns, and workplace issues
• Safety & Compliance — Ensure all employees meet client and Regency safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or on‐site workforce management preferred
• Strong communication and customer‐service mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a MUST
• Reliable transportation and ability to work and travel between two Locations Waxahachie 75165, & Midlothian 76065

Schedule & Location

• Full‐time, On‐Site
• Waxahachie 75165, & Midlothian 76065
• Monday–Friday (with occasional flexibility based on client needs)
