Mechanic (Small Engine, Fleet and Diesel)Mechanic (Operations) – Job Description East Coast Facilities, Inc. provides facility maintenance to commercial, industrial, institutional, government and corporate clients. Our mechanics are workers that take the lead in preventative repairs and emergency repairs of our fleet and equipment.
