Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry. The successful candidate will provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced telemetry unit. You will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications, and ensuring timely communication with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry patients and assess vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform IV and Foley catheter starts.
• Participate in patient discharge planning and education.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital telemetry experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience caring for post-op CABG patients is preferred.
• Proficiency in Meditech EMR is preferred.
