Location: Home-based within the assigned territory (Eastern & Northern New York / Vermont). Candidates should reside near Albany, Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls, Plattsburgh, Newburgh, Burlington, Rutland, Bennington, or surrounding communities.

Important to Know: This home-based field role requires approximately 70% travel throughout your assigned territory (typically Monday-Thursday) to support an established portfolio of dealership clients.

Responsibilities: How You'll Make an Impact: As a trusted advisor to your assigned dealerships, you'll help grow vehicle sales, aftersales business, and customer engagement through OEM-approved marketing programs. You'll build strong client relationships, provide strategic recommendations, analyze campaign performance, and partner with dealership leadership to drive measurable business results.

What You'll Do:

• Build relationships with dealership leadership and OEM partners.
• Develop and execute dealership marketing strategies.
• Review campaign performance and provide recommendations.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email, and paid search.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Train dealership teams on marketing programs and best practices.

Qualifications: What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, account management, territory sales, outside sales, business development, dealership operations, or automotive retail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide business recommendations.
• Excellent organization and relationship management skills.

Preferred:

• Automotive dealership experience.
• Digital marketing experience.
• CRM knowledge.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong consulting skills.

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $80,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
