Responsibilities:

• Build connections with new and existing customers through direct interactions in a retail setting
• Deliver personalized energy consultations and help customers choose the right electricity plan for their lifestyle and budget
• Answer questions, troubleshoot concerns, and deliver excellent service
• Track interactions and maintain accurate sales records
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve outreach and team performance
