Internet Sales Coordinator
Fox Motors has an Internet Sales Coordinator opening in Traverse City, MI at Fox Grand Traverse. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by developing and maintaining trust with our customers that will build long-term relationships.
Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned:
- Respond to all incoming internet inquiries and online chats.
- Provide continuous follow-up via phone and email throughout the customer's buying cycle.
- Set sales appointments for customers and assign to appropriate sales staff.
- Keep a daily log of appointments and communicate with management.
- Utilize dealership database for all customer contact, appointments, tracking and notes.
- Convey general information regarding current inventory or specials.
Skills and experience:
- Prior Internet Sales Coordinator preferred but not required.
- Experience with the VIN Solutions CRM tool is a plus but not required.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously and in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
