Otterbein Granville, a 5STAR Rated Life Plan Community is looking for skilled Part-Time Nights and Evenings Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who desire a career that matters in a company that values their expertise.  The LPN directs resident care; collaborates with physicians, residents and multi-disciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members.

Shifts: Part-time nights on Assisted Living, 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m., Week 1: Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday; on holiday rotation

Part-time evenings on Assisted Living, 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m., every other weekend and on holiday rotation

Pay: Starting from $28.00 (Based on experience) and $3.00 2nd and 3rd shift differentials 

R esponsibilities

• Communicating a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders
• Recognizing the autonomy and dignity of all elders
• Understanding how to place decision-making in the hands of the elders
• Focusing on providing high-quality service and care

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of approved nursing program
• Licensure:  Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR
• Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
