Pay: $16.50 per hour

What You'll Do As a Forklift Operator / Shipping Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently. You'll safely move products, load and unload trucks, and ensure inventory is properly organized and positioned for shipment. Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move finished product pallets from the staging area onto outbound trucks. Securely and efficiently load pallets onto shipping trucks for delivery to retail locations. Unload incoming freight and materials from delivery trucks using forklifts or motorized pallet jacks. Move incoming inventory to designated storage areas, shelves, or warehouse locations. Maintain proper stock rotation when storing and moving inventory. Perform required daily equipment safety and maintenance inspections before and after each shift. Keep staging areas, loading docks, and warehouse spaces clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and equipment-operating guidelines. Work as part of a team to keep shipments moving accurately, safely, and on schedule.
