We're seeking a Local Outbound Insurance Sales Representative to join our award-winning team. In this role, you'll proactively connect with prospects through phone calls, text messages, email campaigns, and community outreach to generate new business opportunities and grow the agency's client base. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven, energetic sales professional who enjoys building relationships, educating clients, and helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

• First-year earnings range from $55,000 to $75,000 , top performers earn $95,000+

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new clients through phone, text, email, and community outreach
• Build rapport with prospects and identify their insurance needs
• Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
• Follow agency sales processes and compliance guidelines
• Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within agency systems
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency growth goals

Requirements

• Strong sales mindset with a high level of energy and motivation
• Excellent phone presence and communication skills
• Coachable with a willingness to learn and apply feedback
• Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to build trust and relationships with prospective clients
• Comfortable spending the majority of the day on outbound outreach
• Insurance license required or ability to obtain licensing with agency assistance
