Job Description
Administer multiple immunizations, including flu, shingles, and COVID vaccines. Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues. Adapt to changing community healthcare needs and adjust plans accordingly. Seek new ways to improve patient outcomes through collaboration and growth. Critical Information
- Hours: Sunday - Saturday, 10am - 7pm
- Onsite as needed
- Remote: No
Compliance
- Must hold valid pharmacy license, immunization certification, and a valid driver's license.
- Not on DEA Excluded Parties List.
- No pending felony charges involving controlled substances.
Education & Licenses Needed
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED
