About the Opportunity

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping students develop the communication skills necessary for academic success, social interaction, and overall well-being. We have full-time opportunities on-site in New Mexico in Alamo and Los Lunas .

Student Population:

• Preschool
• Elementary School
• Middle School
• Junior High School

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district, state, and professional guidelines
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Active New Mexico Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility to obtain

Preferred:

• Previous experience working in school-based settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
