Sea Flower Jewelry is seeking an experienced sales professional with a passion for fashion, jewelry, and exceptional customer service. This is much more than a retail position. You’ll help customers create meaningful, one-of-a-kind jewelry while delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally outgoing, confident in sales, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with their hands. Every customer interaction should feel welcoming, personal, and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build genuine connections and create a fun, engaging shopping experience.
• Guide customers through designing custom charm necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and keychains.
• Recommend chains, charms, and upgrades to maximize each sale.
• Assemble jewelry with precision using professional jewelry tools.
• Explain our products, materials, and care instructions with confidence.
• Keep displays beautifully organized and fully stocked.
• Process sales accurately using our POS system.
• Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, polished, and organized workspace.
• Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience required.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable using small jewelry tools and working with fine components.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable.
• Ability to stand throughout scheduled shifts.
• Jewelry assembly or crafting experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.
