Requirements

• Required certification: NICU
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2-3 years required; Level III experience required; must have experience with micro preemies and high frequency ventilation; experience in specialty must be within last 12 months 2. Cases: Level III neonatal intensive care unit; micro preemies and high frequency ventilation cases 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP required; must be AHA; cannot expire within 30 days of assignment start date; copies required at submission 4. License: Active NJ or Compact License required; Nursys within 2 weeks of submission; pending licenses not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Patient ratio 1:2 days and nights; no on-call; EOW required; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: Due at time of submission; RTO after submission not accepted; 4 days or less RTO prioritized; no RTO within first week of start date; block scheduling not allowed 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Required to float within 5 hospitals (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro and OLOL); local rate $5 less for those within 50 miles; first time travelers accepted but not preferred 11. Background: Not specified 12.
