Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Schedule: Fixed shifts (including weekends and evenings) Pay: $15~$16/Hour + tips (based on experience) What You’ll Do As a BOH/FOH Server, you’ll be a key part of our team by supporting both front and back operations: Back-of-House (Kitchen Tasks) Assist with food preparation and cooking (e.g., frying chicken, assembling sandwiches/wraps) Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards Keep food inventory organized and restocked as needed Front-of-House (Guest Service & Cashier) Greet and take orders with a friendly, professional attitude Operate the POS/cash register accurately Serve guests, package to-go orders, and ensure speedy, accurate service Keep dining/service areas clean and inviting What We’re Looking For Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic food prep and customer service experience (preferred, but we’ll train the right person) Comfortable handling both kitchen and front service tasks Reliable & punctual with good communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Benefits Competitive wages + tips Employee meal discounts Hands-on training and career growth opportunities Fun, supportive work environment Work Environment You’ll be joining a dynamic and growing restaurant brand beloved in Miami — serving bold, flavorful Asian-style fried chicken, sandwiches, wraps, and more in a fast-casual setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Catching Group
