Technical Sourcer

Our Client is is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Technical Sourcer to help build world-class technical teams across our growing organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted talent partner, driving proactive sourcing strategies and identifying exceptional talent across engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, program management, and other specialized technology functions. You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and technology leaders to understand talent needs, map competitive markets, and develop creative approaches to engage top passive talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex hiring challenges, building meaningful relationships, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Location This position is based onsite in our Austin, TX office four days per week. What You'll Do Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for technical roles across Engineering and Data Engineering. Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to identify and engage high-caliber talent. Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search strategies, and multiple talent platforms, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and other professional networks. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define target candidate profiles, calibrate talent, and refine search strategies. Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active candidates for both current and future hiring needs. Craft personalized outreach campaigns that effectively engage and convert top technical talent. Track and analyze sourcing performance metrics to optimize effectiveness, improve pipeline health, and drive hiring outcomes. Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within Workday and other recruiting tools. Share best practices, market insights, and innovative sourcing techniques with the broader Talent Acquisition team. Serve as a talent advisor by providing market intelligence and recommendations to support hiring strategy and workforce planning. What We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree required. 4+ years of experience sourcing technical talent within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Deep expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies, Boolean search, market mapping, and talent intelligence. Strong understanding of technical skill sets, organizational structures, and emerging technology trends. Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates through thoughtful and personalized outreach. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven approach with experience leveraging sourcing metrics to drive continuous improvement. Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
