Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across multiple levels; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in patient care decisions.
- Document and communicate care plans, progress, and any changes to the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance throughout the shift.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California (CA RN)
- Operating Room (OR) nursing experience or perioperative background
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Ability to work 4x10-hour shifts in a hospital setting
- Ability to work in Hanford, California and participate in a travel assignment
