Category Location 9 Career Opportunities at The Village Family Services The Medical Coordinator is responsible for helping to assess, facilitate, and monitor all components of UC medical services. The Medical Coordinator will participate in weekly staffing meetings, ongoing training and stakeholders’ meetings. The Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager (PSA) is responsible for the implementation and ongoing compliance with preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment while in care. The IT Support, Systems Administration & Network Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, systems administration, infrastructure deployment, and IT operations across multiple organizational locations. This role combines hands-on IT support, user administration, systems configuration, hardware deployment, networking, and project implementation responsibilities with enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives utilizing Cisco Meraki technologies and cloud-based business systems. The TLS Case Manager reports to the Director of Housing Services or their designee, carries a TLS caseload, and provides services to homeless youth and young adults 18-24 years old. The TLS program is based on a housing first model, which supports homeless youth in gaining stability and permanent housing within the private rental market while working to ensure long-term stability for each participant. The Case Manager will provide ongoing outreach to landlords and community organizations regarding services provided by the TLS/TVFS program. The Case Manager will be familiar with the homeless services and fit seamlessly with other CES Program components. The Case Manager will provide services and execute service provisions based on the TLS Scope of Required Services (SRS) core components. The Case Manager provides counseling, case management, advocacy to help individuals and families overcome challenges related to abuse, addiction, poverty, and health. organizes, facilitates, and monitors care plans to support clients' health and social needs, assessing client needs, developing treatment plans and advocating for services and conducting home visits. A Social Worker is responsible for the supervision of the treatment plans for the children on his/her caseload. As a Social Worker you will be responsible for working with the child, foster family, natural family, significant others, placing agency, and adjunct treatment persons to enable the child to attain his or her treatment goals. The position requires that the individual be knowledgeable of, and be in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the client population served and the programs provided. The individual must have the ability to work effectively with others, manage personnel and program matters as they apply to the position. A Psychiatrist provides comprehensive psychiatric care for clients referred by therapists, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. Prescribe and monitor medications, and long-acting injectables, ordering diagnostic tests, and manage medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Collaborates closely with therapists and multidisciplinary teams, participates in program meetings, and offers general consultation as well as support during crises. Coordinates hospital admissions and inpatient care when clinically indicated. Conducts field-based visits for clients unable or unwilling to attend clinic appointments. Ensures accurate documentation and compliance with Medical Board of California, Department of Mental Health (DMH) standards, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.
