Triangle Springs is a 77 -bed behavioral hospital located in Raleigh NC . The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. Provide oversight and lead all clinical staff. Supervise individual and group counseling, implement treatment modalities/process Assure high quality clinical care is provided to ensure clinical functions are integrated Responsible for ensuring the clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory requirements. Requirements: Master’s Degree in Social Work or is qualified by education and experience in the social services needs of patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues. State Licensure - Current unencumbered clinical social work or counseling license CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment Experience: Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients. Inpatient healthcare experience. Prior management experience.
