NEW WAGE INCREASE

CNA: Annual range = $38,758.72 to $42,827.20

Salaries for this position are based on verifiable experience.

• Pay rate for candidates with less than five (5) years of experience in the same position: $18.63 per hour, plus shift differential if working 3p-11p or 11p-7a and weekend bonus.
• Pay rate for candidates with at least five (5) years but less than ten (10) years of experience in the same position: $19.90 per hour, plus shift differential if working 3p-11p or 11p-7a and weekend bonus.
• Pay rate for candidates with ten (10) or more years of experience in the same position: $21.28 per hour, plus shift differential if working 3p-11p or 11p-7a and weekend bonus.

FREE DAYCARE TO ALL GRACEDALE EMPLOYEES Gracedale Nursing Home - County of Northampton Offers: Earn a bonus on top of excellent benefits, unlimited overtime, educational assistance, generous time off and flexible schedules. FT/PT 8-hour schedules with every other weekend shifts. 3-day Weekend Shifts with overtime paid after 40 hours, 7a-7p and 7p-7a. Per Diem and Part Time Every Other Weekend shifts available. Overtime is paid for time worked over 8 hours per day for CNA's. Overtime is paid for the entire shift on your "off" weekend.

The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) assists the professional staff by performing various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the residents. Responsible for the delivery of resident care as directed by an RN or LPN. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
