NFS Outpatient Therapists Work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. All clinicians are W-2 employees, offering either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions. Our full-time clinicians enjoy stable, guaranteed salary compensation, even when clients cancel — because we believe your time and expertise should be valued. What You’ll Do Provide individual, couples, family and/or group therapy. Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care. Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change. Coordinate care with families, medical providers and community partners. Maintain documentation in our user‑friendly EHR system. Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed. Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary. Who You Are Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required. Will have independent clinical license within two years. Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus. Requires excellent time‑management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus. Able to work in one of our five office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield. • 50‑$55 per hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity.
• 55‑$60 per hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience.
• 65‑$70 per hour for independent license.
