Transgender HIV Outreach and Testing Lead

St. John’s Community Health in South Los Angeles is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to promote HIV prevention services for transgender individuals within the Community to Clinic program, and to build ties with local transgender service providers. You will develop relationships with providers in South L.A., conduct outreach and in-reach activities, coordinate events, and support education, data collection and reporting with the program team. #J-18808-Ljbffr St. John's Community Health
