Landscape Installer

Overview Ryan Lawn & Tree, named one of the top three lawn and landscape companies in the U.S., is growing and expanding our landscape team. We are looking for a Landscape Installer who takes pride in their work and enjoys seeing a finished project come to life. You will work alongside a skilled crew to build and install landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients across the Kansas City area. What We Offer Competitive starting pay at $43,000+ depending on experience Year-round, full-time employment Health, Vision, and Dental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and paid holidays 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) — you\'re a partner, not just an employee What You\'ll Do Install landscapes and hardscapes for residential and commercial clients Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard Represent Ryan professionally on every job site with great customer service Operate tools and equipment safely in a variety of weather conditions Requirements Experience in landscape, hardscape, construction, or a related field is a plus — but not required Willingness to learn (we offer a structured training program) Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Basic customer service and communication skills Ability to pass background check, drug screening (including marijuana), and DOT physical Why Ryan Lawn & Tree?
