We’re seeking a Board‑Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) or Fellowship (FAAOMPT) trained clinician who is passionate about delivering evidence‑based care while also helping develop the next generation of clinicians. Responsibilities Serving as a mentor to early‑career therapists and students, helping translate knowledge into confident, high‑quality practice. Partner with leadership on clinical development initiatives. Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice). Passion for evidence‑based, patient‑centered care. Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) or Fellowship (FAAOMPT) trained clinician. Compensation Compensation: $86 K–99 K + Sign On Bonus of up to $10 K + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8 k per year + PRN pay for Saturday Clinics making an additional ~$2 k or more per year, and virtually unlimited CEUs!
