Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will perform a range of essential responsibilities, including:

• Participating actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitoring and documenting progress and outcomes, ensuring continuity of care for each child and family.

• Providing family support services tailored to enhance child development and well-being.
\n
• Administering evidence-based evaluations, creating rapport with children and families to facilitate a positive learning environment.

• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic services, adhering to federal and state regulations.

• Empowering families with knowledge and skills through coaching, guiding them on best practices to foster their child’s development within natural learning environments.

• Upholding high standards of health and safety while serving clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly infants and toddlers, who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will engage with families from diverse backgrounds, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to support their child’s growth in critical development areas, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
