Recruiter Position at Emerson Lakes by Erickson Senior LivingEmerson Lakes by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts as we approach the grand opening of Emerson Lakes, one of Erickson Senior Living's most anticipated new communities in beautiful Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Emerson Lakes will be a premier, state-of-the-art continuing care retirement community designed to grow and expand to over 1,500 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care.This key member of the Human Resources team is responsible for the full cycle recruitment process from job postings through the offer process, working in close collaboration with department heads.
