Remote Virtual Project Coordinator Full-Time / Part-Time

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Remote Virtual Project Coordinator to support project planning, coordination, communication, and execution across multiple teams. In this work-from-home role, you will assist project managers by tracking project activities, maintaining documentation, coordinating schedules, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring projects stay on track. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initiation through completion.
• Maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and task assignments.
• Track project progress and follow up with team members on deliverables.
• Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and track action items.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, status updates, and project files.
• Communicate project updates, deadlines, and changes to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Manage project management tools and update task statuses regularly.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Coordinate communication between departments, vendors, and external partners.
• Assist with resource tracking, scheduling, and workflow organization.
• Ensure project activities follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes and team efficiency.
• Perform additional project support duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, administrative support, operations, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
