If you require assistance or accommodation to participate in the job application process, please contact View email address on click.appcast.io.**Responsibilities:*** Responds to emergent learning needs by identifying appropriate learning modalities and developing targeted solutions.* Partners with stakeholders across the organization to assess learning objectives and support the design and delivery of learning content.* Serves as an organizational resource for best practices in learning program development and delivery.* Aids in the design, implementation, and execution of large-scale learning projects and initiatives.* Facilitates learning programs through workshops, presentations, and group discussions in-person and virtually.* Tracks and analyzes learning program data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.* Assists with administrative tasks related to learning programs, including scheduling, logistics coordination, learner communications, and materials preparation.* Supports program assessment and evaluation using established methods to measure learner engagement and behavior change.* Stays current with trends in learning and development and adult learning theory.* Upholds and lead participation in Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.* This position has food safety responsibilities.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree preferred in Learning and Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.* 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field; or 1-2 years of experience with an advanced degree.* Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.* Strong organizational and project management skills.* Effective verbal and written communication skills.**Supervisory**: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.**Physical Demands:** This job is sedentary.
