Requirements: RN (Registered Nurse) License Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing Preferred Education: Bachelor’s in Nursing 1-years' RN experience in the Hemodialysis in an Acute Care setting Strongly prefers 2-years' ICU RN experience BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association ACLS certification with the American Heart Association The Registered Nurse – Hemodialysis responsibilities and skills: Works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of Dialysis patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in critical care Monitor, record, and update care team on patient vitals and assessments.
