Business Analyst

Our client is a major financial enterprise dedicated to supporting housing markets and promoting sustainable homeownership nationwide. The Business Analyst supports end-to-end solution delivery by translating business needs into clear requirements, improving outcomes across stakeholders. This is a full time contract position, onsite, based in McLean, Virginia, paying $45-$53 per hour. Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders Design and document process and data flows Translate business requirements into technical requirements and specifications Define project objectives and support feasibility analysis efforts Support development activities and systems integration testing Develop user acceptance testing strategies, plans, and test scripts Partner with business and technical teams to drive alignment and delivery Communicate updates, risks, and requirements clearly to varied audiences Qualifications Experience working as a business analyst within the mortgage industry Ability to interface effectively between business and technical teams Understanding of the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC) Experience with requirements gathering and business analysis Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements Experience supporting systems integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) Knowledge of manual and automation testing approaches Excellent communication and analytical skills What We Offer 401K retirement plan Medical and dental benefits for qualifying professionals or Fixed Indemnity Health Benefits Flex spending account Pet Insurance Credit Union Membership Sick Leave available where mandated by law Worker Advantage discount program membership Voluntary Supplemental Insurance Employment Enterprises, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer.
