Role: Senior Software Engineer - HealthTech Focused Location: New York (Onsite, 3 days/week) or Full Remote if located outside of New York Compensation: $300,000 - $500,000 compensation! Harrison Clarke are partnered with a high-growth health tech company operating at the intersection of clinical intelligence and modern data infrastructure. This innovative organisation is building a platform that helps healthcare providers unlock the full potential of their data, streamlining complex workflows, surfacing actionable insights, and driving better outcomes through intelligent automation. They are now searching for a Software Engineer, Data Platform to help build and scale the data infrastructure underpinning their platform. Role Requirements: Collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, and backend engineers to design and deliver robust, scalable data platform capabilities. Build and maintain reliable data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and processing systems that power clinical and operational workflows. Design and implement platform features with a strong focus on performance, data quality, and reliability at scale. Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through to deployment and iteration. Profile Signals: Technical background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of software engineering experience. Proficiency in modern data and backend technologies, experience with Python, SQL, and distributed data systems is essential. Proven track record of building and shipping scalable data platform infrastructure, pipelines, or processing systems in a production environment. Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments where data integrity, security, and governance are non-negotiable. A passion for building reliable, high-quality systems that enable others to work more effectively with data.
