The U-Haul Digital Marketing, Design & Listings team is seeking a talented CRM Data and Integration Marketing Specialist to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategies for our cross-channel marketing tool, Braze. You'll use your knowledge of SQL, Python, and HTML to harness customer data points, strategize data collection, and integration with Braze. Your role will directly enhance the U-Haul customer experience and contribute to smarter, more tailored email campaigns.

Here's what you'll conquer:

• Build API Connections: Create seamless API integrations to link our CRM (Braze) with our data warehouse (Databricks) using Python, ensuring our data flows like magic—accurate, consistent, and always on point.
• Optimize Data Flow: Implement top-notch data management practices within Braze, turning it into a high-performing, efficient engine that powers our marketing efforts.
• Expand Our Data Universe: Harness the power of SDKs to discover and capture valuable new data points, expanding our possibilities and fueling smarter decisions.
• Elevate Campaign Performance: Craft and perfect API triggers for email campaigns that not only reach our audience at the perfect time—boosting engagement and conversions.
• Unleash Python Power: Use your Python skills to transfer data through existing APIs, connecting complex systems and unlocking new opportunities to supercharge our marketing strategies.
• Ensure Flawless Performance: Keep a close eye on campaign performance, troubleshooting any anomalies with our target audience or outages in our data stack to maintain smooth operations.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Demonstrated mastery in creating events for Google Tag Manager using JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SQL
• Entry level Python
• A passion for data and a keen eye for detail

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Databricks or other data warehouses
• Knowledge of Braze Email Platform
• Experience with PowerBI or Looker Studio
• Proficiency in Liquid Template Language
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and Virtual Machines
