William Contente DDS General Dentistry is seeking a caring and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our patient-focused general practice. We manage a busy clinical schedule and pride ourselves on providing high-quality, individualized care by seeing one patient each hour. Pay

$45~$52 per hour

Licensure: Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard dental hygiene procedures, scaling, and patient assessment.
Professionalism: A caring demeanor with a strong commitment to patient comfort and clinical excellence.
Time Management: Ability to manage a busy schedule effectively while maintaining a high standard of care.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with the dental team.

Job Description

Comprehensive Prophylaxis: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, to prevent and treat periodontal disease.
Patient Assessment: Conduct detailed oral examinations, periodontal charting, and reviews of patient medical histories.
Diagnostics: Capture high-quality dental radiographs for diagnostic review by the dentist.
Health Education: Provide personalized oral hygiene instruction and counsel patients on preventive care and long-term wellness.
Infection Control: Maintain a safe and sterile environment by strictly adhering to sterilization and OSHA safety protocols.
Clinical Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely patient charting and treatment record management.
