Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Pharmacist-in-Charge – Las Vegas, NV

Location: Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Direct Hire

Join a growing sterile compounding pharmacy as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and lead the pharmacy’s operations, compliance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee sterile compounding operations and quality assurance
Ensure compliance with USP <797> , USP <800> , FDA, and state regulations
Lead, train, and supervise pharmacists and technicians
Manage SOPs, inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements
Oversee environmental monitoring, validation, and documentation
Support pharmacy growth, expansion, and multi-state licensing

Qualifications
PharmD or equivalent
Active Nevada and California pharmacist licenses (CA license in progress acceptable)
3+ years of sterile compounding experience preferred
Prior PIC or pharmacy management experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of USP <797>/<800>
503A/503B and multi-state pharmacy experience a plus
