You will conduct feasibility studies, hydrological assessments, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll develop innovative solutions that address client needs and community challenges. Continuous learning and development will be part of your experience as you engage in problem-solving and contribute to the success of your team.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Provide design services for water and wastewater facilities Assist with preparing Federal and State regulatory permit applications and plansAssist with preparing bid plans and specificationsCompose letters, memoranda, reports, applications and studiesPerform site investigations, construction observation and field reconnaissance Review private development plans for compliance with applicable authority water and sewer standardsAssist Project Manager to establish new and maintain existing relationships with clients, subcontractors, etc.Essential Qualifications:Bachelor 's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related areaDesired Qualifications:1+ years of experience in civil engineering areas such as planning, investigations, reporting, water resource conveyance, storage and treatment designEngineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification or Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania Does this sound like you?To excel as a Water Resources Civil Engineer at Gilmore and Associates, strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting complex data and performing hydrological modeling.
