Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy (OT) License in Wisconsin
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage and organize caseloads efficiently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of 29 students, ages elementary to 21 years
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized intervention plans to promote student success in and out of the classroom
• Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and communicate effectively with educational teams
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to achieve positive student outcomes
• Adapt therapy sessions to meet the varied needs and goals of each student
