About the role As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization. Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards. Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
