Responsibilities Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new vehicle options. Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers. Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new vehicle inventory and promotions. Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide seamless service. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Passion for the automotive industry and a good understanding of new vehicles. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
