Job Summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a licensed esthetician with an entrepreneurial, growth-minded approach to join our team.

We’re looking for someone passionate about skincare and exceptional service who also understands that a successful esthetician actively builds clientele, retains clients, recommends solutions, and contributes to the growth of the Skin Health department.

This is not a service-only role. Our Estheticians are integral to the studio team and are expected to educate clients, recommend appropriate skincare and wellness solutions, rebook, generate referrals, and support studio operations when not performing services.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, sales-minded, and takes ownership of their results rather than waiting for their schedule to fill.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough skin consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans.

• Perform Restore esthetic services, including Neveskin, Hydrafacial, customized facials, Chemical Peels and other studio services.

• Deliver a consistent, elevated client experience with strong attention to detail.

• Actively build and maintain your book of business through rebooking, follow-up, referrals, and relationship building.

• Take ownership of your schedule and proactively identify opportunities to fill openings and increase utilization.

• Confidently recommend and sell skincare, treatment packages, memberships, and additional wellness services when appropriate.

• Educate clients on home care and products that support their results.

• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, inventory, and supplies.

• Keep treatment rooms and equipment clean, organized, stocked, and client-ready.

• Manage appointment timing effectively while maintaining a high-quality experience.

• Contribute to strong rebooking, retention, retail, and Skin Health sales performance.

• Participate in promotions, events, social media/content, and initiatives that grow the department.

• Support studio operations during downtime, including greeting clients, answering phones, giving tours, checking clients in/out, assisting with sales, and maintaining studio cleanliness.

• Work collaboratively across departments and contribute to a positive, accountable team culture.

Qualifications

• Current Esthetician license in good standing.

• Strong consultation, communication, and client-service skills.

• Excellent time management and organization in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable discussing pricing, recommending products/services, and asking for the sale.

• Ability and motivation to build and retain a client book.

• Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, and receptive to coaching.

• Team-oriented and willing to support the studio outside the treatment room.

• High standards for professionalism, cleanliness, and organization.

• Hydrafacial experience preferred, but not required.

• Retail skincare or wellness sales experience strongly preferred.

• Passion for skincare, wellness, and helping clients look and feel their best.
