What You'll Do
- Meet with clients virtually or over the phone
- Help families find insurance solutions that fit their needs
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
- Set your own schedule while working toward your income goals

Who We're Looking For
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable using technology
- Able to work independently
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (we'll guide you through the process)
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor position , offering uncapped earning potential. Your income is based on your effort and performance, with training and support provided to help you grow.
