Develops and documents care plans and therapy programs.Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated. Ensure necessary resources and/or equipment is obtained as ordered.Investigate and report safety eventsComplete detailed chart reviews to identify specific quality indicators. Provide coaching and feedback to staff based on findings.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
