We are seeking a motivated and experienced Well Driller to join our dynamic team in the water well industries. As a Well Driller, you will be responsible for operating drilling rigs and related equipment to bore wells, and support vertical wells. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on diverse construction sites, utilizing your mechanical expertise and heavy equipment operation skills to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of both drilling well, hooking up wells, and service work.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling rigs, excavators, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently during well installation projects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues with drilling equipment, pumps, and other machinery to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations related to outdoor work environments.
• Support transportation logistics by operating commercial trucks.

Skills

• Extensive experience operating heavy construction equipment such as excavators.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
• Knowledge of pumping systems used in drilling operations and experience with pump operation and service.
• Valid commercial truck driving license with tanker endorsement preferred.
• Experience working with excavation tools like trenchers or other construction machinery.
