Senior Civil Litigation Attorney Career Consulting Partners is currently partnering with a preeminent, highly decorated law firm specializing in commercial litigation, insurance defense, and business representation. We are looking for a Senior Attorney for a hands‑on role who thrives in the courtroom and enjoys shaping legal strategies that deliver results for our clients. As a Senior Attorney, you will be a key member of our trial team, handling complex litigation from pre‑litigation through verdict. Ideal Candidate: Manage all phases of litigation, from initial analysis through trial and resolution Develop comprehensive case strategies and oversee their execution Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and handle court appearances Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents Maintain consistent communication with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel Lead settlement negotiations and participate in mediations and arbitrations Requirements: Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California. 10+ years of experience in civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, insurance defense, or business litigation Extensive trial experience, including first-chair jury trials, preferred Strong legal analysis and writing skills A high level of organization, independence, and attention to detail Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing Compensation & Benefits: Compensation Range: $180,000–$250,000 annually, depending on experience Quarterly performance‑based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k), and more Paid vacation and sick leave after a brief probationary period A respectful, collegial environment that supports work‑life balance and long‑term career satisfaction Location: Woodland Hills, CA Why Us: Ranked in the Chambers and Partners Spotlight Guide (Construction & Insurance Law), named a \"Best Law Firm\" by Best Lawyers, and holds the highest possible Martindale-Hubbell rating. 70% of the firm's attorneys have 15+ years of litigation experience .
