Title Manager in Training Job Description This isn't nine weeks of sitting in a classroom. You'll be on-site, working with real teams, real clients, and real business challenges while learning directly from experienced leaders. From your first week, you'll be getting hands-on experience and building the skills you need to step into leadership. Week 1: Get immersed in the business, meet your team, and start learning how the operation works. Week 3: Start putting what you've learned into action and taking on real challenges. Week 9: Walk away with real operations experience, leadership skills, and a better understanding of where you want to take your career. Throughout the program, you'll have experienced leaders and mentors around you who are invested in helping you grow. Where Can This Take You? The MIT program is just the beginning.
