Choice Medical Group is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician (BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our growing team supporting our Barstow clinic . This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on improving community health throughout the High Desert region of Southern California.

Position Highlights

• Responsibilities include:
• Performing physical examinations
• Reviewing medical histories
• Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing
• Developing treatment plans and health regimens
• Coordinating care with specialists and healthcare teams
• Competitive salary ranging from $275,000-$325,000 annually
• Supportive administrative and clinical staff
• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an underserved community

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited United States medical school
• Successful completion of an accredited residency program
• Board-Certified in Primary Care or related field
• Current California Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
• Current DEA registration

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable utilizing electronic medical records and Microsoft applications
• Positive attitude with a team-focused approach to patient care
