Working 5:00 AM – finish, 5 days per week (weekends required). What You Will Do Coke Florida Sales Merchandisers are responsible for stocking, replenishing, merchandising, and providing excellent customer service while ordering products at all designated accounts. The role is full‑time, predominately day shift, and requires weekend work. Sales Merchandisers are the primary Coke Florida associate in customer accounts, continuously stocking and ordering products to meet consumer demand. Roles and Responsibilities Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards. Maintain appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts, including shelf allocation and cold equipment, ensuring no out of stock product and minimizing trade break, damage and loss. Place timely, accurate orders per ad calendar to maintain inventory levels and adjust orders based on influencing factors. Manage back‑stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts. Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution, and appropriate follow‑up. Maintain professional, team relationships with co‑workers, customers, and shoppers. Ensure appropriate inventory levels, company assets, and point‑of‑sale standards, properly facing and spinning product per applicable standards. Determine stores' product needs, place and transmit appropriate orders. Conduct store surveys. Communicate account activities, including equipment service needs, to appropriate parties. Maintain merchandising standards and efficiencies while rotating products each time in designated accounts. Organize backroom inventory in an ordered manner. Maintain cleanliness of equipment, sales floor, and shelves. Transport, replace, and maintain point‑of‑sale advertising as appropriate for accounts. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Work overtime as assigned. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Identify and report any unsafe working conditions. Comply with dress code or appearance/grooming standards. Work shifts and work schedules as assigned. Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by the company. Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.* Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or lift product; certification as required. *Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to CCBF guidelines to determine eligibility for the Sales Merchandiser position. Additional Qualifications Associate degree or 1–2 years of college; university degree preferred. 1+ year previous sales or merchandising experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills. Excellent planning and organization skills. Ability to use and understand mobile applications. Proficient in computer application skills. 1+ year working under minimal or no supervision preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to repetitively lift, carry and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, frequently. Ability to push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance while kneeling, squatting, reaching about the head, at the waist, below the knees and bending at the knees, frequently. Ability to push and pull manual transport equipment containing product loads up to a minimum of 100 yards without assistance, frequently. Ability to grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination. Ability to exert oneself physically over sustained periods of time to complete job activities. Ability to read information in small, medium and large print. Ability to stand a minimum of 8 hours during the workday up to 10 hours. Ability to walk a minimum of 4 hours during the workday. Frequently work in a hot/humid indoor environment. Ability to use an audio headset to listen to directions in English.
