### Exciting Opportunity for a Neuro Tele Registered Nurse **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team specializing in Neuro Telemetry within a Short Term Acute Care facility. - **Unit:** Neuro Tele - **Patient Ratio:** - Days: 1:4 - Nights: 1:4 - Weekends: 1:5 - **Shift:** Day 3x12-Hour (06:45 - 19:15) - **Experience:** - 1 year of nursing experience preferred - Teaching Hospital and Community Hospital experience is a plus - **Certifications & Skills:** - Required: BLS - Preferred Skills: Neuro Stepdown, Telemetry, Cardiac Monitoring, Interpretation and Management of Dysrhythmias, IV Therapy, Phlebotomy, Respiratory Management (Nasal Cannula, Oxygen Administration, Non-invasive Airway Management) - **Patient Diagnoses:** - TIA/Stroke, Trauma, Neurosurgical Patients, Epilepsy Monitoring Unit, Subdural Hematoma - **Key Responsibilities:** - Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team - Float between units as needed - Engage in direct patient care and monitoring - Utilize the EPIC electronic health record **Special Unit Details:** - Fast-paced working environment with a daily census of 27 patients and 29 beds. - Admissions primarily from the ED, ICU, or PACU. - Dedicated mentors available to support new caregivers for optimal experience. - High level of teamwork with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. **Scheduling & Orientation:** - No block schedules; flexible self-scheduling available. - Pre-approved time off limited to 1 request. - Orientation hours: 12. **Dress Code:** - Solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire for licensed nursing personnel. - Free parking available in designated employee/visitor areas. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
