Senior Program Controls Analyst

This is an opportunity to play a key role in program execution, partnering with engineering, finance, and program management teams to ensure successful delivery of complex defense programs. What You\'ll Do Monitor program cost, schedule, and resource performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial execution Analyze program performance and provide actionable recommendations Prepare CDRLs, financial reports, presentations, and executive status updates Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, and PMO teams Identify program risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies Track labor, resources, and budget allocations across development programs Ensure compliance with contractual reporting requirements, including EVM Formats 1-5 What We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field 10+ years of Program Controls Analyst (or equivalent) experience Strong background in Earned Value Management (EVM) Experience with cost and schedule management for government programs Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proposal experience is highly preferred Experience supporting engineering and development programs Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with exceptional attention to detail Preferred Experience working in both large and small organizations Government contracting or defense industry experience Active TS/SCI clearance preferred, or the ability to obtain and maintain one. #J-18808-Ljbffr Peyton Resource Group
